Innovative Data Partners, A Mentor Protégé Joint Venture of PositivePsyche.Biz Corp and T-Rex Solutions, LLC, Awarded STARS III
Innovative Data Partners (IDP), a Mentor Protégé Joint Venture (MP JV) between PositivePsyche.biz Corp and T-Rex Solutions, LLC, was recently awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) III Best-In-Class Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). IDP was formed through a Mentor-Protégé agreement approved by the Small Business Administration, with Positive Psyche as the Protégé and T-Rex as the Mentor.
GSA 8(a) STARS III is a small business set-side Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) GWAC that provides access to innovative and customized information technology (IT) services, including expanded capabilities for emerging technologies. STARS III has a ceiling value of $50B.
