The PPC Trucking team brings over 30 years of trucking and logistics experience in both the commercial and government sector. Our Director of Logistics has 30+ years of experience working for notable trucking companies in the nation.
Many companies charge their customers with a "cheap" mindset that complicates deliveries and more often than not results in late deliveries. We pride ourselves in "Just-in-Time" Pickup and delivery. Secure seals can be applied, two certified drivers for secured cargo can be utilized when requested and our fleet of sleeper trucks is ready for the long haul.

Jim VanHorn
Jim VanHorn has three decades of experience in the Warehousing and Logistics industry. He started his career in 1992 with Gap, inc. in the Loss Prevention department and eventually moved into operations where he held several positions including Safety Manager. After leaving Gap Inc. Jim joined the team at AEX Group in 2002 where he spearheaded the company’s transition from a local courier services to a regional pharmaceutical transportation provider. Jim was promoted to Regional Operations Manager and held responsibility for operations in the Mid-Atlantic covering 5 states. After leaving AEX Group in 2013 Jim went to work for NEMF in Elkton, MD where he was the Inbound Operations Manager and was soon promoted to run the Operations in the Baltimore office.
In 2019 Jim joined the team at Access World, where he started their trucking operation from the ground up. Access World Trucking was very successful mainly providing drayage services for commodities out of the Port of Baltimore. In 2021 Jim joined the team at Crane World Wide Logisitcs as Operations Manager and took on the responsibility of moving Crane into a new market in Baltimore. He was able to fill a 140,000 Sq ft facility in less than 6 months and started a drayage and trucking operation that was very profitable. He was subsequently promoted to Station Manager where he was responsible for the entire P&L for the Baltimore region. In 2023 Jim made the move to Positive Psyche as Director of Logistics. Jim is responsible for all of our trucking and warehouse operations here at PPC bringing all of his knowledge and experience to the role.
