Chris Thibodeau, PMP

Chris Thibodeau has two decades of experience in the staffing industry. He started his career in 2004 at Nesco Resources as a recruiter and was ranked 6th most productive in just nine months. He followed executives at that firm to Maryland where he helped build a new staffing company in 2005. He quickly increased his role and responsibilities, eventually ending as Branch Manager for the Corporate location. In-between that time, Mr. Thibodeau successfully opened every satellite office and new division in the organization. He has extensive experience in Light Industrial, Engineering, IT, C-Suite, Scientific/Pharmaceutical and Skilled Trades. In 2017, Mr. Thibodeau joined PPC to assist with building the staffing arm and support hiring needs for our Public Sector customers. In his private time, he is a musician and enjoys classic cars. 

Ryan McMullen

Ryan has 10+ years of experience in recruiting and business development. Primarily focused on Information Technology staffing in the MD/DC/VA areas for the bulk of his career, he also has experience in staffing for the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, and Federal spaces . Extensive experience in talent acquisition, building and maintaining client relationships, and mentoring team members. Consistently a top performer with a focus on employee retention and customer service. BS in Political Science from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.  

Paul Newman

Paul is a Senior Technical Recruiter with almost a decade of experience and proven success supporting clients ranging from small startups to large scale government initiatives.  He has mastery of the recruitment process from inception to completion/post care and takes pride in providing top tier client and candidate experiences.  Paul also has found success with bulk recruiting, filling dozens of openings for technical managed services projects, light industrial contracts, and call centers while adhering to tight deadlines and budgets.  He has also been the go to resource for finding and attracting passive candidates through fostering deep relationships with talent in the IT field.  

Brendan McGowan

Brendan brings 6 + years experience in the IT recruiting and business development space, foccused on commercial accounts in the Maryland and Washington DC area. Well versed in temp/perm staffing, identifying and recruiting top talent, and building relationships with small, mid sized, and large companies.
